 BP issued the following statement in response to the decision issued today in the New Jersey v. Delaware case before the United States Supreme Court: 

"Crown Landing is an important energy project for the nation and for the region.   We will continue to explore other options and we anticipate that the project will move forward and eventually be built here on the Delaware River."
